This one gets overlooked so often! I honestly need to add The Truman Show to my “underrated” list. I rewatched it on our home projector last year with my wife, and she (not a huge fan of Jim Carrey's more zany comedic work) was blown away by how profound, and genuinely twisted it is (especially in light of how deeply embedded media and surveillance have become just since the 90s).
